Key Responsibilities:

  • Census Load: Assist in the preparation and loading of census data into compliance systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Allocated Links: Support the creation and management of allocated links for compliance testing purposes.
  • Financial Data Reconciliation: Perform basic financial data reconciliation tasks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance testing processes and results.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the compliance team to identify and resolve any issues related to compliance testing tasks.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of compliance processes and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Should have completed MSc Mathematics / MBA Finance (2026 graduates)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
