Section 1: Position Summary
The AI Delivery Manager will be a critical member of Ascensus’ Transformation team and be responsible for the delivery of high-impact AI projects and use cases at Ascensus. The AI Delivery Manager will work closely with the Ascensus Head of Transformation, AI Strategy & Enablement Leader, IT leaders and scrum teams, and be supported by an AI Delivery Principal.
Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
AI Program Management and Delivery
End-to-end business diagnostics: Analyze and baseline business drivers, outline workflows and technology architecture, collect and analyze issues/data, shadow business team members, analyze process outputs, size opportunities for AI enhancement, summarize business diagnostics and AI enhancement opportunities for executive review
Current and future state processes: Lead documentation of current state L2/L3 processes, identify inefficiencies for enhancement, manage redesign of new AI-enabled processes, lead AI use case workshops with business stakeholders, lead the documentation of requirements and partner with IT and product owners to ensure translation of requirements for AI delivery teams
Business case build and value tracking: Collect baseline data, build and manage AI-enabled business case tied to KPIs, work drivers, efficiency unlock, etc. Perform sensitivity analysis against outcomes and define/implement approach for measuring long-term value.
Tech and transformation PMO: Build and manage delivery workplan, assigning owners/responsibilities, consult on output quality and functionality, build weekly update materials, support development of steerco/board materials, etc.
Solution testing and demo: QC of outputs against business workflows, reassessment of build work plan, plan and facilitate pilot testing and delivery
Training: Develop training materials, and conduct train-the-trainer sessions, for assigned AI use case
Project go-live and hypercare: Partner with IT and business leads to plan and execute project go-lives, stabilization, and hypercare with focus on business support and associate training/adoption. Coordinate with IT and business to define plans for long-term operation, maintenance, and ongoing functional enhancement of AI use cases.
Change management and comms: Partner with business and transformation teams to outline change framework and owners across Ascensus teams, build initial drafts of working materials, assemble implementation playbook, draft comms and socialize with leaders, liaise on socialization meetings
Coordination with IT, Service, Operations and Sales teams
Thought partner and support BUs and IT to define and deliver AI use cases. For example:
Based on current state business processes, evaluate potential technical solutions including build vs. buy and vendor selection
Partner with IT to define delivery and ongoing resourcing requirements
Leverage delivery experience and learnings to provide insight and recommendations to business for AI use case expansion and enhancement to other adjacent business processes, use cases, and lines of business

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA.
4+ years implementing AI use cases at a top Consulting firm with experience across multiple end-to-end AI delivery projects. Application of agile methodologies required.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science, and machine learning algorithms. Ability to analyze complex business problems and define AI-driven solutions/approaches.
Proven ability to drive AI project / use cases end-to-end independently.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT (or equivalent) tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to lead large-scale initiatives through collaboration with internal senior leaders.
Can-do attitude with willingness to be hands on keyboard.
Exceptional critical thinking skills and metrics-driven mindset.
Excellent “speed to output”: Strong ability to work in a time sensitive environment while managing multiple, large-scale initiatives.
