Role Description:

  • Supporting client onboarding processes to ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Participate in client and financial professional meetings pertaining plans.  Assist with conversion and translation of financial and demographic data to ensure accurate and timely Relius Admin or ASC system set-up, workflow, reconciling of plan assets and ensuring information is sent to finance in a timely manner.
  • Check and validate the documents which is required to setup Plan into Admins system.
  • Setting up the Plans into Various Admin system as per Process Requirement
  • Completing the Axis setup once plan sync is completed at Axis.

Job responsibilities:

  • Setting up the plan shell in different admins system as per Plan document.
  • Provides clear communication regarding the roles of everyone involved in the onboarding process.
  • Collaborates with team members to continuously improve implementation processes.
  • Coordinates with the client and advisor to review all onboarding documents are to facilitate the installation of the plan.
  • Consistently updates workflow system or status report to keep all parties informed of onboarding activities and progress.

Education and experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background
  • 6 to 24 months experience in BFSI preferred
  • Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach
  • Prior Experience in 401(k) Retirements Plans Loans and Distributions will be an added advantage

Skill Requirement:

  • Graduate, preferable from commerce background (not mandatory)
  • Experience in the US retirement industry for 0 to 2 years (not mandatory)
  • Open core Night shifts based on business requirements 
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Good typing skill and attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability work independently.
  • Familiarity MS-Office software applications, including Excel & Word
