Role Description:

  • End to End knowledge on both Money-In and Money-Out process under US 401k Platform. 
  • Review and perform quality checks on payroll data at Recordkeeper level and as a TPA.
  • Timely reporting on Internal/external errors and should perform RCA for the error logs.

Job Description:

  • End to End understanding of activities performed for assigned task and Process.
  • Responsible and owns the review and sign-off for being delivered.
  • In-depth understanding of US payroll processes from TPA side of Business
  • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
  • Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues that may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible.
  • Perform "Root Cause Analysis" on Issues and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
  • Perform Monthly audit on MTD data to ensure quality and accuracy of process.
  • Details checklist and day-to-day task monitoring need to comply.
  • Maintain positive and effective relationships with US partners/clients.

Education and Experience:                                                        

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in BFSI industry preferred
  • Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach

Skill Requirement:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business/Math/Computer Science or equivalent retirement industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retirement recordkeeping/trading/fund accounting environment and retirement plan knowledge
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Mutual Fund Company practices and National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) trading
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely and professionally) with internal and external customers, including Fund Companies
  • Proficiency with Relius Administration and recordkeeping platform
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite of products including Access, Excel, Word, Power Point and other systems as required to perform the tasks associated with the position
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and firm deadline
