Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing operational transitions in the company and ensuring that the transitions are implemented according to schedule and budget. An also update management, personnel, and clients on any prospective transition-related changes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating any major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.
  • Building a robust transition methodology for intake of work.
  • Framework for managing the headcount budget in alignment to the business unit demands and growth.
  • Build on a 5-year blueprint for growth strategy for Global India team.
  • Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes.
  • Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes in the company, such as new financial protocols or policies.
  • Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.
  • Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
  • Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes, such as the passing of a senior employee.
  • Ability to perform hands-on management to supplement work stream leads.
  • Delivery of project design solution, timescales, and budgets
  • Identification, analysis and mitigation or escalation of potential risks and issues.
  • Ensuring quality of project deliverables and management of quality issues.
  • Successful management of change within Client organizations.
  • Maintaining all necessary communication lines within project teams and Client organizations.
  • Achieving successful business sign off, handover to post implementation support function.
  • Definition of project deliverables and scope Set up, and maintenance of risk and issue management policies and procedures.
  • Resource scheduling and allocation.
  • Setting up and running of review/status meetings with project team, client sponsors and steering committees.
  • Risk/Issue Management.

  • Accountable for Project Resource Model/Management, proactively communicating resource needs and maintaining model throughout the project life cycle
  • Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behavior, motivate the team to the highest levels of performance, and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.

Education and experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background.
  • 14-18 Years of experience in Transition and Change Management
  • Expertise in Project Management skills.
  • Good in MS Office.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach.

Skill Requirement:

  • Solid knowledge of transition management software, such as XenonRTM and Jira.
  • Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent managerial skills.
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of large projects or multiple project delivery.
  • Responsible for Project Planning, Scoping and Design.
  • Financial and Contractual Management.
