Responsible for driving new revenue growth and profitability across the Ascensus platform by optimizing existing asset manager partnerships, driving co-manufacturing and product innovation opportunities in support of partner efforts to drive client expansion opportunities through the workplace and is accountable for the achievement of business objectives working in partnership with the leaders of Ascensus’ four lines of business as well as various centers of excellence. 

This position can be remote or hybrid to our Newton, MA location.

Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution:

  • Execute on a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth focused on Investment Solutions
  • Collaborate with business line leaders to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution across the organization

Optimize Revenue from Existing Partners:

  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue from current asset manager relationships
  • Develop curated product offerings and complete solution sets to enhance value for partners and clients

Co-Manufacturing and Product Innovation:

  • Explore and evaluate opportunities for co-manufacturing investment products with asset managers
  • Drive targeted product innovations in areas such as private investments, stable value, QDIA/Target Date Funds, active strategies, etc.

Wealth Management Solutions:

  • Evaluate opportunities for asset management partners to share in the growth of wealth solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including asset managers and internal business leaders
  • Ensure alignment of economic models, incentives, and commercial differentiation approaches with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to drive growth of enterprise value through working with institutional partners & large-scale distribution as well as through periods of transformation.
  • Growth mindset with proven experience and strong results leading large scale complex business segments with significant growth potential with resources and partners across the US.
  • Experience enhancing relationships with clients, advisors, and industry influencers and superior interpersonal skills with all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in retirement/savings industry, asset management, and wealth management channels, with understanding of products/solutions, distribution/service models, key competitors, and centers of influence.
  • Strong detail orientation. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, informal, and collaborative culture
  • Ability to lead within a tech-enabled business and drive the development of suitable technology solutions and product and services platforms that deliver differentiation in the marketplace and effectuate great outcomes.
  • Customer Centric. Strong customer focus with a proven track record of driving customer growth through the adoption of products and excellence in service. Brings the ability to leverage insights to build innovative products and solutions.

The national average salary range for this role is  $200-300k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
